As you may know, Acacia is a self-managed Homeowner's Association which provides us with many benefits. We take our stewardship seriously to ensure that your assessment costs remain some of the lowest in the area, while providing exceptional service to our residents.
Please call our office to set up a Welcome visit from the Board of Directors once you've moved in. Our office and maintenance staff are here Monday through Friday to help you, so please feel free to reach out with questions or concerns.
Assessments are due the 1st of the month and are considered late after the 15th of the month. Residents are encouraged to enroll in ACH for monthly assessments. There is no charge for ACH and the assessment amount is withdrawn from your account on the 15th of the month. Currently, over 66% of our residents choose to use ACH processing for their assessments in order to avoid missed payments and late fees.
