As a Planned Unit Development (PUD), Acacia combines the advantages of commonly-owned grounds and facilities with private ownership of townhomes. As a homeowner you are automatically a member of The Acacia Association and entitled to the use of its grounds and recreational facilities. The recreational facilities, extensive common-ground areas and the exterior of your townhome are maintained through the annual assessment, paid monthly and applied equally to all owners.
