Clubhouse

Residents may rent the Acacia Clubhouse for private parties. The Clubhouse rental includes the Main Clubhouse, the Great Room on the lower level, and the 4-Season Room. 

In order to rent the Clubhouse we need:

$50.00 deposit due at the time of reservation

​

Copy of your driver's license

​

Balance of deposit ($150.00) due two weeks prior to rental

​

Residents must be current with all assessments and fees, and must be present for the duration of the party.

Pool

Residents may rent the Acacia Pool for private parties. The Pool rental includes the Pool area and the 4-Season Room (unless the Clubhouse is rented.)

In order to rent the Pool we need:

$50.00 deposit due at the time of reservation

​

Copy of your driver's license

​

Remainder of rental is due two weeks prior to rental and is based on the number of lifeguards required.

Clubhouse and Pool Rentals

Who can rent the Clubhouse and/or the Pool?

All residents of Acacia whose dues are current can rent the Clubhouse or the Pool for their party. The resident who rents the facilities must be present for the duration of the party

 

How many people can I invite?

The maximum number of guests allowed in a Clubhouse rental is 112; Pool rental maximum is 200. Note that pool rental cost is based on the number of lifeguards required. See contract for more details.

What hours are the Clubhouse and Pool available to rent?

Clubhouse can be rented any day of the week between the hours of 10:00 am  and 12:00 midnight.  Rental is for 7 hours but additional hours can be added for an extra charge.


Pool rental is from 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday;  7:00 pm - 11:00 pm on Monday through Thursday. All Pool rentals include the patio area. If there is no Clubhouse rental, then it also includes the 4-Season Room.

 

Does Acacia have tables and chairs we can use?

Yes! We have the following available for use:


In Storage:

75 folding chairs
5 - 36" square card tables
4 - 8' tables

8 - 6' tables


In the Clubhouse:

3 - 42" round tables and 12 chairs

4 Season Room

2 - tables of 6; 1 hi-top for 4

​

Resident is responsible for all set-up and return to storage location.

Is alcohol allowed?

Alcohol is allowed in both the Clubhouse and the Pool rentals. Note that if alcohol is being served at a Pool rental, it will require one additional lifeguard over and above that which is required based on the guest count. And, of course, no drinking by underage guests!

How can I secure my date?

Rentals are reserved after we receive a signed contract and paid deposit.
