WELCOME

Acacia's combination of beautiful townhomes, open spaces and family-oriented recreational facilities provides a unique lifestyle. As a Planned Unit Development (PUD), Acacia combines the advantages of commonly-owned grounds and facilities with private ownership of townhomes. As a homeowner you are automatically a member of The Acacia Association and entitled to the use of its grounds and recreational facilities. The recreational facilities, extensive common-ground areas and the exterior of your townhome are maintained through the annual assessment, paid monthly and applied equally to all owners. We are a tight-knit community of friendly neighbors and we look forward to getting to know you!

Acacia Loves Pets!

When out for a walk, stop by the office - we have dog treats and would love to see our furry friends.

NO ONE wants to smell, see or step in poop, so please remember to pick up your pet's waste and dispose of it in the proper containers.

A reminder that we have coyotes and hawks in the area, so please do not leave your pets outside, unleashed or unsupervised.
